Christopher Brian Bridges (born September 11, 1977), known professionally as Ludacris, is an American rapper and actor. After forming his own label, Disturbing tha Peace, in the late 1990s, he later signed with Def Jam South and would go on to become one of the first Dirty South rappers to achieve mainstream success with his subsequent releases. For his music, Ludacris has won an MTV Video Music Award and three Grammy Awards. As an actor, he is best known for his role as Tej Parker in the Fast and Furious film franchise. His other notable roles include Crash (2004), Gamer (2009), New Year's Eve (2011), and End of the Road (2023). For his performance in the ensemble of Crash, he was co-awarded a Screen Actors Guild Award and a Critic's Choice Award for Best Cast. His daughter Karma Bridges is an actress. Born : 11th-Sep-1977

The fourth incarnation of the Tonight Show franchise made its debut on May 25, 1992, three days following Johnny Carson's retirement as host of the program. Unlike Carson or his predecessor Jack Paar, Leno only once utilized a guest host, preferring to host the series by himself. The series, which followed the same basic format as that of his predecessors, ran until May 29, 2009, after which Leno was succeeded by Conan O'Brien. NBC signed Leno to a new deal for a nightly talk show in the 10:00 pm ET timeslot. The primetime series, titled The Jay Leno Show, debuted on September 14, 2009, following a similar format to the Leno incarnation of Tonight.

On January 21, 2010, NBC reached a $45 million settlement with O'Brien in order to end his contract. Leno resumed his duties as host of Tonight on March 1, 2010. Leno ended on February 9, 2010 after being on the air for only four months, with Entertainment Weekly calling the program television's "Biggest Bomb of All Time."
