Score: A Film Music Documentary

Rock is music for young people. Nick Rock-n-Roll, the protagonist of the film, doesn’t agree with it all. He’s 48 years old and as during his youth he still feels music deeply and looking for something special, unusual, which is out of stereotypes and mainstream. This film is about immersion in a world of new independent rock-music in Russia. Dipping into it Nick Rock-n-Roll remembers his own life, analyzing the nature of his passionate love to rock. His eternal search allows Nick not to feel his age that’s why it is necessary for him always to slake his thirst. In February 2016, rock 'n' roll trio Thelma & the Sleaze embarked on the world's first “Intra-City Tour”. They played 31 shows in 29 days and raffled off a promotional mini-van in the process, in an unprecedentedly absurd publicity stunt that raised the bar for independent artists everywhere. Exploring the furthest of reaches of Nashville’s music scene, blazing new trails in its wake, the film follows the twists and turns, triumphs and follies of all 29 days as Thelma & the Sleaze bring their raw rock 'n' roll fury through DIY spaces, art galleries, laundromats, screen printing shops, record stores, clothing shops, candy factories, roller rinks and even a McDonald’s.

"Gus Arnhein and His Coconut Grove Orchestra" is an agreeable short-and one of the earlier Vitaphone released. While the band is just about totally forgotten today, they had a nice sound and are a nice representative of the era. And, like most Vitaphone films of the day, the camera is mostly stationary and there are no fancy effects-just a straight recording of the act-which included several nice songs.

Live footage from Danko Jones's concert at Wacken in 2012 including a backstage interview with the band and a spoken word performance. The band play some of their well-known songs such as 'Lovercall', 'First Date' and 'Full of Regret'.

This program features then-newcomer Sandy Duncan in her first network television special. Only a few years after being passed over by Gene Kelly for a role in Hello Dolly, Duncan's star had ascended so far so fast that he was now her special guest star. Paul Lynde is also featured in a campy version of "Bad, Bad Leroy Brown".

The Summer Night Concert of The Vienna Philharmonic is the world's biggest annual classical open-air concert set in the magical Schönbrunn Palace Baroque park in Vienna. The concert will take place on 31 May 2018 and its theme for this year is 'An Italian Night'. The concert is broadcast on TV and radio in more than 60 countries, and thus reaches an audience of millions. The evening’s repertoire is an attractive combination of extremely popular works for orchestra including the William Tell Overture, the March from the opera Aida and the Intermezzo from Cavalleria Rusticana, as well as famous Soprano arias like Vissi d’arte, vissi d‘amore from the Opera Tosca. Valery Gergiev returns to conducts the Summer Night Concert and is joined by star Soprano Anna Netrebko in what promises to be one of the most popular concerts this year!
