Nicole's next project is restoring an historic mansion in the Summit district of St. Paul. The Summit mansion hasn't been painted since 1972 and needs a major face lift. After years of damage, all of the outdoor wood railing and detail are rotting and need to be replaced. Nicole rips out the rotting wood and repaints them to match the original color of the brick. To complete the look of the historic home, Nicole builds new brick columns with brick on the deck.
