He talks it over with his shrink (an axilla fetishist), sees the mystery woman remove her shoes at a Japanese restaurant (he sneaks over to her shoes and traces the sole of one in order to buy her a pair that will fit), and follows her, shoe box in hand, until the right moment. Meanwhile, we learn something about her own fetish when she sneaks into a hospital and puts on a nurse's outfit. When the moment of their meeting is at hand, will she accept his gift?

A short story written in 1919. Old man Tsukakoshi takes the geisha Fumiko as his concubine, and feels joy when he touches her beautiful legs. One day, Tsukakoshi asks art school student Unokichi to draw a picture with Fumiko as a model. As Unokichi continues to draw, he adds memories of his childhood to Fumiko's feet... Sick and dying on his deathbed, Tsukakoshi asks her, "Please keep your feet on my face until my last breath". He dies in ecstasy beneath Fumiko's feet

Recent widow Mandy is kidnapped and held for ransom. Her rich father-in-law is contacted for the money. Dressed only in a sheer nightgown, and bound and gagged, Mandy is forced to walk barefoot in the woods at night, is placed in the trunk of a car and is left in the shower to be drenched. And then, while waiting for the payment, the kidnapper begins to fall in love with the frightened girl. But that’s not all! He’s got a foot fetish that the girl tries to use to her advantage in an attempt to escape. And then his accomplice (Deana Enoches) comes between them. When older man Tsukakoshi asks Unokichi to paint it is of his mistress, the geisha Fumiko. Tsukakoshi loves the feet and legs part of Fumiko's anatomy. The fetishism gives the art student a commission to put his talent to use.
