Because her father Erich had a heart attack, Meike returns to her hometown on Lake Constance with her son Paul. But Erich is not happy about the visit. He still blames his daughter for his son's death. Only his bright grandson Paul manages to break through the rough shell of the Lake Constance fisherman. And Meike meets her childhood sweetheart, Paul's father, again.

Divya(Srilakshmi), the 8-year-old daughter of software engineers Arun and Chitra, feels lonely and abandoned as her parents barely have time for her amidst their busy schedules. This movie is about the transfor-mation of friendship into love. The same old story Karthik (Ratthan, is the son of makeup man Babu) andAnitha (Manju) are childhood friends and their families too are fond of each other. Karthik’s father Ramachandran (Kota Srinivasa Rao) is a widower and he dotes on his only son. Even though Karthik and Anitha are inseparable in college, they’re often at loggerheads with each other but Anitha realises that she’s in love with Karthik only after her wedding is fixed with another man (Abhinay).

Sam's cousin, Charlie, asks Sam to help him with illegal hedge funds unbeknownst to Sam at the time. Amira is staying with her uncle Bassam since her father died. She sells bootlegged films on the street corner but is forced to stay with Sam after getting busted; immigration officials begin pursuing her. As the film progresses, Sam and Amira fall in love.

Ömer Kavur's first film Yatik Emine (Emine, The Leaning One), relates the story, set in the years of World War I, of a prostitute exiled in a small town.
