You could be offline 2. There is an error in the URL. This is usually a space or a capitalization problem after the base domain. 3. The site you are trying to add as a source is offline. Once you have confirmed you are online and the URL is correctly entered as it was presented to you, try to enter it in a regular web browser. If you are able to load the site correctly, you can download the zip file and go to install from zip and find where you downloaded it. This is probably the easiest solution. If the site is offline, you need to hunt for a new source.
