Paul Julian Banks (born 3 May 1978) is an English-born American musician, singer, songwriter, and DJ. Noted for his baritone singing voice, he is best known as the lead vocalist, rhythm guitarist, and bassist of the American rock band Interpol. Born : 3rd-May-1978
