Tom O'Sullivan is an Australian television, film and theatre actor. O’Sullivan was born in Perth, Western Australia, and later relocated to Sydney to study at the National Institute of Dramatic Art where he graduated in 2003. His first television role was a guest role on the soap opera Home and Away and was followed by playing Tom Huppatz in the ABC TV mini-series Rain Shadow. In 2010, O'Sullivan played Sean 'Grunter' Sinclair in the crime drama Underbelly: The Golden Mile and joined the main cast of Nine Network drama Cops LAC playing Senior Constable Nathan Holt. He has also portrayed William Chambers in the TVNZ 1 drama When We Go To War and Michael Shrimpton in the Seven Network drama series Molly. Born : Unknown

The Reckoning

Tom Huppatz - Rain Shadow is an Australian television drama series which premiered on 7 October 2007 on ABC TV. It aired on Sundays at 8.30 pm. The six-part series was produced by Southern Star. Music from The Audreys features in the soundtrack for the show, including the main theme. Rain Shadow was shot in the Adelaide Hills in South Australia and is set in the fictional district of Paringa, a dry land farming area in a rain shadow. It tells the story of two characters who become the means of each other's future. It stars Rachel Ward as district vet Kate McDonald and Victoria Thaine as new veterinary assistant Jill Blake.

The first series premiered on 2 September 2010, in the same timeslot of Network Ten's police drama Rush. On 22 November 2010, the Nine Network cancelled the show due to the high production costs.

Home and Away

Brian Gilbert - Home and Away is set in the fictional town of Summer Bay, a coastal town in New South Wales, and follows the personal and professional lives of the people living in the area. Home and Away had proved popular when it premiered in 1988 and had risen to become a hit in Australia, and after only a few weeks, the show tackled its first major and disturbing storyline, the rape of Carly Morris; it was one of the first shows to feature such storylines during the early timeslot. H&A has tackled many adult-themed and controversial storylines; something rarely found in its restricted timeslot.
