Joseph Ejercito "Erap" Estrada (born April 19, 1937) is a Filipino politican and former actor who served as Vice President of the Philippines from 1992 to 1998, the President of the Philippines from 1998 to 2001, and Mayor of Manila from 2013 to 2019.
