Mirjana Nikolić (born Belgrade, Serbia August, 19 1949 - June 23, 2012) was a Serbian actress. She was best known for her role in a horror movie "Leptirica" (1973), directed by Djordje Kadijević. She studied Art history at the University of Belgrade. Born : 19th-Aug-1949

Father by Force

The story is inspired by the comedy of the most famous Yugoslav playwriter Branislav Nušić. Žarko, a young poet is being chased by police for publishing an anti-regime poem. He hides in his friend Dušan's house, who introduced him to his parents and sister Zorica under the name of his old school mate, Vlajko Mićić. Love will develop between the false “Veljko” and Zorica, who admires Žarko’s poems. However, the poet does not reveal his true identity. Zorica’s parents notice the love between the two young people, and on the advise of their family friend secretly invite Vlajko’s father to come to their home.

Medicinska sestra I - Vruć vetar is one of the most popular Yugoslav TV miniseries that aired in 1980. The show and movie cut from scenes of the show were popular in neighboring countries-also very popular in Czechoslovakia. Its main theme became very popular and enjoying a bit of a cult status. The story follows Shurda, a man in his 30s, who comes from a small town to Belgrade to get rich. However, as no job is good enough for him, he tries his luck in Germany, but this venture proves to be the same, so he returns to his native Yugoslavia.
