Zami Ismail

Zami Ismail (20 November 1944 – 19 June 2011) is a Malaysian actor and comedian. He would always be remembered for his role in the television sitcom series Pi Mai Pi Mai Tang Tu as Pak Uda as well as Salam Pantai Timur series. Throughout his career span, he has acted more than 20 films. He also won for the Best Actor Comedian Award in the 9th Malaysian Film Festival(FFM) 1991 through his film Mat Som. He also worked with Mamat Khalid to played a role as Pak Abu in Kampung Pisang film series that brought recognition himself in public. He died on 19 June 2011 at the National Heart Institute, Kuala Lumpur due to heart failure at the age of 66. In 2008, he was admitted at Selayang Hospital Cardiac Care Unit( (CCU) after falling unconscious due to heavy breathing. He was buried at his hometown in Tapah Road,Perak, Malaysia. Hantu Kak Limah Balik Rumah

Husin has been working in Singapore for some time and decides to return to his hometown, Banana Village. Upon returning, he feels that his neighbour Mak Limah is strange as she does not speak nor sleep. He then tells patrons at Pak Munawer's coffee shop that Mak Limah might be a ghost. Pak Abu decides they should investigate further but when they go to her house, she is already a rotting corpse! However, things get more interesting when the village is haunted by a strange occurrences, despite the burial of Mak Limah.

However, what Husin doesn't realise is that there is a new breed of evil returning after more than a century of slumber to claim the village's long standing debt and Husin too of course!

Man Laksa

This is a hilarious story of Man Laksa, a young man, who sells the famous rice noodle to make a living. Man Laksa dreams of marrying the girl of his dreams - the beautiful daughter of the village's head. Luck smiles down on him when a talent show is held in his village to collect a donation for one of the villagers who recently lost his home to a fire. Man Laksa sees this competition as an opportunity to sell his laksa and propose to the girl in question. However, when the show's artists pull out at the last minute, Man Laksa realises that his dream might not come true; not unless he can replace the organiser of the show, and pull off a fantastic event for everybody. Only then can Man Laksa succeed in marrying the queen of his heart.

9 September

'9 September' is a romantic comedy which tells the story of Nia (Fasha Sandha) a very cute girl with a tomboy character who has been recently dumped by her boyfriend. Since then she has kept this hatred towards guys. Her anger is being let out on Kogi (Pierre Andre). Kogi is very much an honest and kind guy. He is seen as someone who is easily a target for Nia to bully. The first time they met was when Nia accidentally entered Kogi's house. Since then many coincidental meetings had happened between them. No matter how many times Kogi is being bullied by Nia, he stills put on a strong front and very much a gentleman most of the time they spend their time together until they eventually fall for each other but this was cut short when Adrian, Nia's ex lover, came back to her.

No Problem

The story is based on a love triangle involving the three lead characters set on a beautiful secluded island. The man who plucks the most coconuts wins the hand of the prettiest girl in the village, Rosnah. To prove that each is worthy of Rosnah's hand in marriage they will have to fight with their own weapons. Awang uses the traditional 'kapak bertali', while Sidibijo uses a 'laser gun' he made himself.
