An Important and relevant portrait of America's early years! Embark on an exciting, historical journey through the battles and victories surrounding America's pursuit for freedom. This poignant documentary series is comprehensively presented through narration, photographs and paintings to create a visual history of America's founding ideals of liberty and freedom. This ten-part documentary series examines the people and events that led up to our nation's battle for independence against the world's largest military power during the Revolutionary War through the presidencies of freedom fighters Thomas Jefferson and Abraham Lincoln who were forever dedicated to the proposition that all men are created equal.
A snapshot of the state of animated filmmaking 100 years ago. Includes several 1922 films: Walt Disney's "The Four Musicians of Bremen," Dave Fleischer's "Birthday," Otto Messmer's "Felix Makes Good," Paul Terry's "The Farmer and His Cat," Earl Hund's "Fresh Fish," Dave Fleischer's "Mechanical Doll," Otto Messmer's "Felix Fifty-Fifty," and Paul Terry's "Henry's Busted Romance".
A highly experimental film presenting a story out of chronological order taking place 15 years after a near-apocalyptic catastrophe, about four traumatized 14 year olds who are tasked with piloting massive humanoid decisive weapons called Evangelion, the psychologically maladjusted adults who handle and command them, and the events and forces that affect them or which they take part in as they engage massive hostile invaders known as "Angels."
Film clips highlight the funniest scenes and brightest comic stars in MGM's history.
The anthology contains music videos from her first four studio albums released on Virgin Records.
Shadow Realm is a compilation of four episodes of the short-lived Fox Network television series Night Visions. Each episode contained two stories and were originally hosted by musician/actor/writer Henry Rollins. The Sci-Fi Channel acquired the rights to broadcast the episodes, including the last two unaired episodes and strung them together as an anthology movie. Title sequences and end credits were changed and the Henry Rollins introductions were removed from the final product.
Ben, Mark, Christian and Paul - alone they're ordinary boys, interested in ordinary boyish things, but together they're the poptastic teen sensations a1. This eagerly-anticipated compilation gathers together all their promo videos along with concert clips, behind-the-scenes footage and intimate interviews, including their no.1 debut, a cover version of A-Ha's 'Take On Me'.
Compilation of D-TV music videos, combining rock and R&B tunes with footage of Disney animation.
Three short films, out of the ordinary, brought together under a bewitching and enticing title. They are After School Knife Fight by the duo Poggi/Vinel, Les Îles by Gonzales, and Ultra Pulpe by Mandico. Three atmospheres, three sensitivities, going through three forms of expression (music, theatre and cinema) and which, put end-to-end, create an alternative pathway towards borrowed worlds of romance first, then obsession, and in the end, possession. Worlds of soft naivety, of nightmarish creatures and of pop fantasy, reminding us of the mysterious and velvety snatches of our dreams that stick to the spirit when one leaves them.
