A sequel movie to The Diary (1999). The movie succeed to replicate the 30's, between the two world war, between Paris and London. Anna (Lila Baumann) arranges Dr. Cristina Inger, a female physician for her paralyzed husband's treatment and she joins the shows at nightclubs as a stripteaser and prostitute to pay her. Husband is cured but fell in love with Dr. Cristina.

Emmanuelle returns to her husband in Hong Kong and proceeds to have several extramarital affairs - with his knowledge, of course. Her husband's lover and American guest are both very puzzled by their openness.

Tara and Maya are two inseparable friends in India. Their tastes, habits, and hobbies are the same. Years later, the two have matured, but have maintained their friendship. Tara gets married to the local prince, Raj Singh, who soon succeeds the throne as the sole heir. After the marriage, Raj gets bored of Tara and starts seeking another female to satisfy his sexual needs. He notices Maya and is instantly attracted to her. The first portion of this film is a documentary on the adults-only entertainment industry prevelent in London's Soho District. The second details the trials and tribulations of a struggling photographer, his unsatisfied wife, and their friend Emmanuelle, as they try to make it big in Soho. They decide their ticket to success will come by blackmailing a wealthy adult film tycoon.

Gloria works as a top nude model and prostitute, but she has a secret. In reality she is writer and social critic Sarah Asproon researching her new book. Peter finds out and blackmails her by demanding sex for his silence. Meanwhile Sarah develops feelings for computer whiz Cliff, who struggles to resolve his own sexual orientation.

After a car incident, in which he lost his wife, a musician remains paralytic on a wheelchair. He retires in a lonely villa. Incidentally together with him in the villa there are also a bisexual, a lesbian and a vicious kid. The lascivious atmosphere drive all the protagonists into depraved games. But the pain for the lost couldn't be medicated.

A young couple become embroiled with the personal problems of another couple on a yacht moored off Sicily during a turbulent weekend of fun, games, sex games, betrayal, spouse abuse, and murder.
