Despite their different family backgrounds, four friends grew up together in the wearisome years of the 70s. But as time goes by, each of them takes a different life path.

Julian has agreed to help Henry make his first film-but, on the day of shooting, Julian shows up having taken four tabs of LSD. Across the streets of Toronto, the two friends battle for control of the frame and struggle towards the meanings of art and communication.

This is a short film based on Taylor Swift's "mirrorball" from her Academy Award-winning album, 'Folklore'. Ben Stafford plays James, a celebrity who serves as a metaphor for a mirrorball; fame can be glamorous and incredible, but also terrifying and fragile.

Later, her photo falls from a shelf as he exits his apartment before flying to Kōchi Prefecture. Picking it up, he looks at it briefly before leaving. As the aeroplane takes off, he narrates the events that brought her into his life...

Contemplative and almost without dialogues, the film shows the routine of inhabitants in a city: a young woman who lives alone; an eldery that lives in the street, next to the river; a police officer; customers in a bar; two students. Little by little, through flashbacks, the plot connects these characters.
