Kaali, a ruffian, is killed by a rival when he falls in love with his daughter. When Kaali fights with the god of death, he is sent back in the body of a soft-spoken man who is harassed by his family.

An archaeologist extracts a box from the sea which contains mystical powers. However, evil people are in pursuit of the box and create trouble for the former.

Ramakrishna (Chiranjeevi) is a mechanic whose life changes when he meets Priya (Anjala Zaveri) at a train station. They end up living in the forest with their son, but her father, who is an underworld don, kidnaps her so that he can marry her off to another don's son. Mahendra takes the boy away to Kolkata, where the story originally started. Rama Krishna with the help of Padmavathi (Soundarya) reunites with his son.

A movie production crew sets out to shoot a film in the Dandeli Forest. The hero (Kamal Kamaraju), second hero (Sri), Heroine (Adonika), Director (Srinivas Avasarala) and Producer (Anchor Vijay) rent out a guest house and wait for their backup crew to arrive. A psychotic masked killer roams around in the forest with the sole aim of killing anyone that crosses his path. And now the production crew crossed his path.

Masala (English: Mixture of Spices) is a 2013 Telugu film directed by K. Vijaya Bhaskar and jointly produced by Daggubati Suresh Babu and Sravanthi Ravi Kishore. It is a remake of the 2012 Hindi film Bol Bachchan and Venkatesh and Ram Pothineni reprised the roles of Ajay Devgan and Abhishek Bachchan respectively. The film released worldwide on November 14, 2013. Upon release, the film received positive reviews from critics albeit the lead actors and the comedians' performances were appreciated.

Muddula Priyudu is a 1994 Telugu film directed by K. Raghavendra Rao. The film stars Venkatesh, Ramya Krishnan and Brahmanandam in lead roles.
