After her daughter is kidnapped, a mother discovers that there can be something even worse after "the worst."

John, a police officer is framed and drugs are found in his home. He is arrested and brutally interrogated. Using his skills as a ninja, he escapes and uncover a plot to steal his girlfriend's father's life work. He travels to China to face the 5 Element Ninjas and rescue his girlfriend.

Dr. Steven Bishop is taken to the hideout of Frank Dillon and his gang to treat the wounded Joe Madison. Joe's nurse sister Nora Madison is also taken. Dillon tells Bishop that if Joe dies, he will be killed, but Bishop knows he will be either way.
