This is a movie about the start of people's uprising in Montenegro in World War II. After the capitulation of the Yugoslav Royal Army in April 1941, the Italians managed to infiltrate their puppet regime in Montenegro. However, people dissatisfied with the new authorities, on July 13, 1941 decided that the Communists led start to fight for freedom.

On the way to the dying trees, Mina reflects on her relationship with Daniel. The task is challenging and puts Mina to the test, but the journey gives her a break from home with Daniel and all the noise of past events with him. She finds the silence and peace of mind she's been missing, and finally she is once again able to see her own life and Daniel in a clear light.

The story follows a man who lives in an isolated farm with his wife. In the rugged mountainous area they live usual tedious rural life. It is full of rehearsed routine tasks around the farm and endless wandering through wild landscapes. Autumn is long and in such an environment he prepares atrocious crime. He puts on a woman's wardrobe and troubling ram. The man is left alone. People are saying there was a man…A very strange enchanted man…They say he wandered very far, very far…
