Truffaut au présent is a film divided in three shorts; throughout "Acteurs", "Actrices" and "Couples" we explore François Truffaut's legacy and influence on contemporary French cinema.

This documentary reunites the cast of the 1993 film "Dazed and Confused", and features behind-the-scenes footage from the making of the film. A decade after the hit comedy's release, director Richard Linklater reunited the cast - Ben Affleck, Matthew McConaughey, Parker Posey and Adam Goldberg - to celebrate the ten year anniversary of the film that helped launch their careers. Now you can watch the cast look back on the movie that changed their lives and on the decade that has passed since.

An international anthology about the struggles of female workers around the world.

A group of people are standing along the platform of a railway station in La Ciotat, waiting for a train. One is seen coming, at some distance, and eventually stops at the platform. Doors of the railway-cars open and attendants help passengers off and on. Popular legend has it that, when this film was shown, the first-night audience fled the café in terror, fearing being run over by the "approaching" train. This legend has since been identified as promotional embellishment, though there is evidence to suggest that people were astounded at the capabilities of the Lumières' cinématographe.

In a small commercial harbour in the south of France, two Moroccan sailors are watching over ferries that were abandoned by ship-owners. Young Syrians make a stopover to load their cattle, African traders prepare a convoy of second-hand vehicles. Men, machines, and animals transit through this space open onto the sea.

Irama Betawi is the name of an ondel-ondel group that still actively busks in Jakarta. Sometimes they busk on the streets. Other times, they are invited to play on special occasions. Through their journey taking public transportation to move from one corner of the city to another crowded corner, we get to know the day-to-day life of a dynamic group of people who are eager to make a living.

Joko Supriyanto is a high school student in Yayasan Pendidikan Anak Luar Biasa (Special Needs Education Foundation) Cepogo, Boyolali-a foundation that facilitates education for the children with special needs. Joko has visual impairment that disables him to see normally.

The film is set to the music of Franz Schubert and is very strange. Much of it consists of disembodies arms and legs all moving about to the music. There are also folks in body suits moving rhythmically to the tune. Occasionally, there are shots of a guy in full color with multiple exposures.
