In 1983 World Class Championship Wrestling and its franchise stars, the Von Erich brothers, were known around the world. A small Dallas based promotion running out of a shack of a venue, the Sportatorium, World Class was one of the most syndicated television programs in America, making the Von Erichs household names. Run by legendary wrestler Fritz Von Erich, a.k.a. Jack Adkinsson, World Class made his oldest sons, Kevin, David and Kerry, three of hte biggest stars in the world of wrestling. Little did anyone know that just as the Von Erichs and World Class were reaching worldwide stardom they would begin a downfall that would cast a full eclipse on their meteoric rise to fame. Directed by Brian Harrison who, as a ten year old in 1983, watched on television as wrestling's world of staged combat between good and evil took a sharp turn into a surreal and tragic reality.

The first two matches are announced and they will be for two of the most important AEW Championships - AEW World Championship and AEW Women's World Championship. In the main event of the evening is one of the most anticipated matches when Hangman Page defends the AEW World title against CM Punk. This will be the fifth defence for Hangman Page since he won it from Kenny Omega at AEW Full Gear 2021. CM Punk is ranked at number 1 singles wrestler in AEW ranking. With good guidance from director Zeki Okten but an uninspired script, this story of a brother and his Turkish family influenced by old and new traditions is somewhat uneven. Bilal (Tarik Akan) is devoted to the art of wrestling, following in the footsteps of his father and grandfather, who were both champions at the sport. Aside from his interest in wrestling for its own sake, Bilal has a chance to win a provincial wrestling contest and thereby bring home a considerable cash award for his efforts - and so his days are spent in training for the event. Meanwhile, his brother and sister-in-law and their daughter have come back home after living in Germany for 12 years and are finding the adjustment to their cultural roots a bumpy ride. As long scenes of well-oiled and slippery wrestlers in action prepare viewers for Bilal's big event, the struggle of these men is reminiscent of the struggle of Bilal's family to come to grips with a world they may not be able to accept unconditionally.

Supercard of Honor XV was a professional wrestling pay-per-view produced by American promotion Ring of Honor (ROH). It took place on April 1, 2022, at the Curtis Culwell Center in the Dallas suburb of Garland, Texas. It was the fifteenth event in the Supercard of Honor chronology, and the first edition since the G1 Supercard in 2019; 2020's planned Supercard of Honor XIV was canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Money in the Bank (2019) was a professional wrestling pay-per-view (PPV) and WWE Network event, produced by WWE for their Raw, SmackDown, and 205 Live brands. It took place on May 19, 2019, at the XL Center in Hartford, Connecticut. It was the tenth event under the Money in the Bank chronology. Twelve matches were contested at the event including one on the pre-show. In the main event, Brock Lesnar inserted himself in the men's Money in the Bank ladder match to win it. Bayley won the women's Money in the Bank match and later cashed in the contract to win the SmackDown Women's Championship from Charlotte Flair, who herself had just won the title from Becky Lynch. In her other match Lynch retained her Raw Women's Championship against Lacey Evans. In other prominent matches, Kofi Kingston defeated Kevin Owens to retain the WWE Championship while Seth Rollins defeated AJ Styles to retain the Universal Championship.

Double or Nothing was a professional wrestling pay-per-view (PPV) event produced by All Elite Wrestling (AEW). This was the inaugural event under the AEW banner and took place at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in the Las Vegas suburb of Paradise, Nevada on May 25, 2019.
