The lone survivor of Freddy Palmer's last massacre is blamed for the killings and institutionalized. She soon escapes and after hiding out with an all-female punk rock band, the women team up to hunt down Palmer in his forest killing grounds.

Presented as a double feature, Split Screen follows a computer hacker releasing two films pulled from the darkest corners of the Internet: The Illinois Valley Murder Tapes and Greys: The Nevada Alien Incident.

After the death of her estranged sister Nikki, with whom she'd hadn't seen since they were separated in foster care, Carly is surprised to learn that she is named in Nikki's will as guardian of her adopted daughter Mallie.
