Danish teens come of age in 1963. Bjorn and Erik are close friends. Bjorn is pursued by Kirsten, a future Stepford wife, but he falls for Anna, who initiates him into love and sex. Erik is somber, caring for his home-bound mentally-ill mother while his strict father rules his life. He desires Kirsten, but she's unattainable. Pregnancy, a horrific abortion, an engagement party, and a revelation about the rectitude of Erik's father lead to a climax: Bjorn and Erik must stand up to controlling adults.

Nina and Frederik were the big names in international showbiz in the 1950s with their rousing calypso rhythms. Musical interests vary widely in the affluent neighborhood of Hellerup. At the Schmidt wine merchant's, son Peter has only one interest: jazz. At the Supreme Court lawyer's house next door, Mozart is on the program. But his daughters like both jazz and Peter! Even though their fathers are suing each other, the two young people still find each other. And Louis helps when he plays "The Formula for Love."

Bussen

The protagonist is a jovial bus driver, well beloved by his passengers, essentially the whole community around him. The bus, however, is old, and needs to be replaced. The bus driver himself is also needed as a handyman for all the people around him, assisting with stray cattle, household machines, children's homework, errands of all kinds, and at one occasion, assisting birth. Progress is however leaving him behind, and the local county council plots on a solution, involving a new bus and driver. The community revolts, and the local midwife (married to the mayor) intervenes with all the locals to keep the bus driver, who ends up keeping his job in a new bus.

Amelie is in love with a young musician. But since her parents believe she should marry someone of her own social standing, nothing immediately comes of the relationship. Hans is very much in love with Amelie. When they are seen dancing together at a music evening at Amelie's parents' house, Amelie's father throws him out. Before that, however, he falls out with Baron von Listow. Hans goes on a drinking binge, while the baron challenges his friend to a duel. The friend sends Hans to Germany to play there. Several months pass, and the baron and Amelie are to be married. When Bierbaum finds out about this, he seeks out Amelie. Little does he know that Hans has returned from Germany.

But then the quest to find the melody again begins.

Farinelli

But outside Naples, a pirate ship is anchored, and the pirates have secretly mingled with the churchgoers.

Strisser på Samsø

Køkkenchefen Lilly - Strisser på Samsø is a Danish television series in 12 episodes, written and directed by Eddie Thomas Petersen. Produced by Per Holst Filmproduktion, it was first broadcast on TV2 in 1997-1998. The story tells how Christian Torp, a police officer who has lost his wife in an unsuccessful robbery, brings his daughter Sille to the Danish island of Samsø looking for peace and quiet. They have difficulty in integrating into a society full of problems where everyone knows everything about everybody, but they find a friend in Ulla, a secretary. Among others, it stars Lars Bom, Amalie Dollerup and Jesper Milsted. The series was entitled "Island Cop" when broadcast in subtitled form on Ireland's TG4 channel.
