Bie Sukrit Wisetkaew is a Thai pop singer and actor. He was discovered in the third season of a Thai television talent contest The Star. After winning the position as the first runner-up in The Star 3, Bie became one of the hottest rising singers and gained immense popularity after his debut single I Need Somebody. He is well known as Bie The Star. Besides his career as a singer and an actor in TV drama and sitcoms, he was also trained to be a stage actor in several musicals. Behind the Painting is one of his musical masterpieces in which he acted in one of the leading roles. In 2008, after under 2 years in the entertainment business, Bie became one of The Most Influential People in Thailand, according to a poll by the Thai Positioning magazine and Siamrath. Ruk Jub Jai: The Romantic Musical

A romance musical movie that tells a story of a superstar who falls for a blind girl. Described by theatre critic Alongkorn Parivudhiphongs as captivating bubblegum entertainment, Ruk Jub Jai: The Romantic Musical was an unanticipated hit, with a total of 49 performances at Muang Thai Rachadalai Theatre. More than 60,000 theatre-goers went to the successful theatrical production, while the movie version of the play premiered on November 22. It was shown at Major Cineplex cinemas. This was the first time in Thailand that a stage production had been adapted for the silver screen. The film was made by GTH Studio, who used special equipment to capture the live performances on stage. They also filmed some scenes without an audience. The film version of the romantic comedy allows more close-ups of sentimental scenes between Sukrit Wisetkaew (Bie) and Nuengthida Sophon (Noona) in their respective roles as a singing superstar and a blind girl.

Phet meets a fortuneteller who takes him 20 years into the future. There, he sees the much older Pim with her daughter and husband Phitsanu. Going to his old house, Phet learns that he died on the night of the temple fair with Pim. He then decides to stay in the future to investigate the cause of his own death, in order to go back and fix the past events and not let himself die.
