Milton da Silva
Milton Guirado Theodoro da Silva was a Brazilian entrepreneur and the father of legendary Formula 1 driver Ayrton Senna. Born in São Paulo, Milton was a self-made businessman who initially worked in agriculture and later invested in various business ventures. Known for his supportive yet grounded approach to his son's racing career, Milton played a pivotal role in Ayrton’s early development, providing his first kart and encouraging his passion for motorsports. Milton remained a respected figure in the Senna family’s legacy, particularly through his involvement with the Ayrton Senna Institute, established by Ayrton’s sister, Viviane, to promote education and social development in Brazil.
