Lars Ulrich, R (Order of the Dannebrog) is a Danish musician, songwriter, record producer, and podcaster. He is best known as the drummer and co-founder of American heavy metal band Metallica. The son of tennis player Torben Ulrich and grandson of tennis player Einer Ulrich, he also played tennis in his youth and moved to Los Angeles at age 16 to train professionally. However, rather than playing tennis, Ulrich began playing drums. After publishing an advertisement in The Recycler, Ulrich met vocalist/guitarist James Hetfield and formed Metallica. Along with Hetfield, Ulrich has songwriting credits on almost all of the band's songs. He was the face of the band during the Napster controversy. Later in his career, Ulrich began hosting the It's Electric podcast, in which he speaks with other prominent musicians. This page is based on a Wikipedia article written by contributors. Cunning Stunts is a concert video by heavy metal band Metallica, recorded live in Fort Worth, Texas, on 9-10 May 1997. It was released in DVD and VHS formats. The DVD features concert footage, band interviews, a documentary, behind the scenes footage and a photo gallery consisting of approximately 1,000 photos. Three of the performances feature multiple angles. During the performance of the song 'Enter Sandman', the entire stage is set to appear to collapse and explode, with pyrotechnics and a technician (referred to in the extras as the 'Burning Dude') who runs across the stage while on fire, as another technician swings overhead. This is also one of the only Metallica concerts that didn't feature 'Ecstasy of Gold' as an intro.

Deep Purple: Made In Japan

Made in Japan was recorded live over three nights during 15–17 August 1972 at Festival Hall, Osaka and at Budokan, Tokyo, Japan. Four of the tracks come from the album Machine Head which had been released earlier that year. The album was at first seen as somewhat unimportant by the band members, and only Roger Glover and Ian Paice showed up to mix it. The release in the US was delayed, until April 1973, because Warner Bros. wanted to release Who Do We Think We Are first. The three concerts recorded were later released as Live in Japan 3-CD box set (1993). According to the liner notes for that set, unlike many live albums, there are no overdubs or studio additions to the original album.
