Jake wants nothing more than to spend his Christmas vacation with his girlfriend Abbey. The women also meet up with magazine editor Bob Baker, who takes a personal interest in helping both with their career plans.

Alesha Popovich has to catch Tugarin Zmey and bring back the stolen money with the help of a talking Horse (which talks all the time and has an opinion on everything), a wise granny, a donkey and a beauty Lyubava.

Musical vehicle for up and coming Dolly Haas, as a would be actress with a would be composer boyfriend. She sings,at one point, that she has the walk of (Lilian) Harvey, the mouth of Garbo and the legs of Dietrich.
