Die Polizistin is a documentary by Andreas Dresen about the life of a young police woman who is faced with the difficulties between her responsibilities at work and her personal responsibilities.

As a result of a breakup, a woman tries to break out of her everyday life by embarking on the search for her old self that she was before the relationship. With her former best friend from her youth, she heads to her hometown by the sea to find a time capsule that the two of them buried many years ago and must face the reality that they are no longer the people they used to be.

An American woman hopes to have a happy reunion with her long-lost Filipino father and finds instead an aloof and unforgiving stranger who hasn't gotten over the painful past.

Early one morning, in an unspecified and seemingly far off time, a 12 year old boy, together with some friends, is searching a thick forest for objects of value. There is a lot of fog. The boy goes off by himself to another part of the wood and stands admiring an antique object he has found at the foot of a tree. His happy expression turns to one of curiosity as he is distracted by some high pitched cries which come and go intermittently.

The father takes Chen to the beach, but unfortunately there’s a typhoon coming. Chen is determined to swim. In the choppy sea, Chen meets his past and tries to have a reconciliation with it. This is a story about family relationship from the child's perspective.

Hibari leaves the house to go to the accident site where his son died months earlier. It's morning, it's raining, Hibari has brought her baby's umbrella with him. On the way he meets a man drenched in rain and helps him. And when he opens the umbrella, as in a vision, the memory of the son migrates to man.

It takes place in 1827, in Carmen de Patagones, in the context of the confrontation between the militias of the United Provinces of the Río de la Plata and the navy troops of the Empire of Brazil. It is the story of a fort lieutenant who falls in love with a young woman.

Drama with music about Philip Heseltine, known as Peter Warlock, who by his death in 1930 at the age of thirty six had composed some of the most perfect gems of English songwriting and elevated hedonism to an art form.
