Decent enough drama with a good performance from Zita Johann, though that poster is more evocative than the movie itself, but still an okay story. **3.5/5**
Whilst certainly not the cheeriest of topics for a film, it does feature two quite nuanced performances from the eponymous Zita Johann and from B-feature regular Paul Cavanagh ("Governor"). The story centres around young "Moran" - she came up the hard way - who is now on death row for a crime we know that she did not commit. It's told by way of retrospective for the most part, as we relive the scenarios and encounters that drove the young girl to her present predicament, and using quite effective theatrical devices - especially potent in black and white - I felt quite a degree of pity and respect for the character who had a sense of integrity sadly lacking amongst her associates. The dialogue is sparing, much of the imagery does the work and at times it could pass for a decent silent film quite easily. It's only an hour, but quite an emotional one, and though I can't say I enjoyed watching it - I did appreciate it.
Lonely in his English country estate, Sir Basil decides to gather his grown (albeit illegitimate) children around him in his declining years. He uses a ledger which keeps track of the payments he has been making to ex-lovers to locate 2 of them, and a third is found by a lawyer in New York, her mother was too proud to accept any money. Sir Basil is a curmudgeon, and his three adult children have a hard time with him at first. Toni, the American, is a free spirit who had a budding career in show business. Jeffery is English and a semi-gentleman, and Maria is Italian, with a Latin temperament. They begin to bond, especially Sir Basil and Toni, whose outgoing personality finally wins over the old man. But past lives begin to creep back into the picture and threaten the old man's plans for a life filled with his children.

Sarajevo June 28, 1914. Dushan, the Serbian mayor of a Hungarian town, has come to see the parade of Archduke Ferdinand. While there he runs into Geza, an old friend in the Hungarian Army and invites him to come to his house and visit him and his new wife.

Filmed in quasi-documentary fashion, the made-for-TV The Face of Rage is set in a rehabilitation facility. Here a group of rapists are required to confront their victims face-to-face. The film concentrates on the bitter verbal sparring session between assaulter Richard (Graham Bechel) and assaultee Rebecca (Dianne Weist). Director Donald Wrye co-wrote the screenplay for Face of Rage with Hal Sitowicz, drawing much of the dialogue from real-life transcripts. The film was first aired as an "ABC Theatre" presentation on March 20, 1983, preceded with an all too appropriate "parental guidance" proviso.

When their university wins a contest to hold public TV performance, Mihailo fails to play the piano on the decisive night and she dumps him. The boiling point is about to come.
