A newly hatched sandpiper chick is being lured by it's mother to venture from the safety of it's sandy burrow and to take to the shoreline to find some lunch. A friendship of sorts with a tiny crab might just help overcome seaside nerves and who knows, there may even be some swimming, even some flying to come? This is a fun and nicely detailed animation that deals with these first steps in quite a curious, joyous and engaging fashion.
