It's the 1940s, and the notorious Axe Gang terrorizes Shanghai. Small-time criminals Sing and Bone hope to join, but they only manage to make lots of very dangerous enemies. Fortunately for them, kung fu masters and hidden strength can be found in unlikely places. Now they just have to take on the entire Axe Gang.

When the Valley of Peace is threatened, lazy Po the panda discovers his destiny as the "chosen one" and trains to become a kung fu hero, but transforming the unsleek slacker into a brave warrior won't be easy. With the lost relic in hand, the teenager unexpectedly finds himself travelling back to ancient China to join a crew of warriors from martial arts lore on a dangerous quest to free the imprisoned Monkey King.

A theft of a scroll from a kung fu-society leads to Pai Yu-Cheng getting accused for the theft and most avoid many attacks from heroes trying to regain the scroll.

"18 Li"'s wife and children gets killed by the leader of the "Heaven Sect" and its' followers. "18 Li" goes to seek out the killer and to take revenge.

For over a thousand years ago China was ruled by a cruel government lead by the corrupt governor Kao Chu. A magician/official has to solve a murder. He finds the case too unclear, so he goes to Hades to find the truth in Hades' "records file".

The four constables Emotionless, Iron Hands , Life Snatcher and ColdBlood are specially skilled in their own individual super powers. When the four constables of the Divine Constabulary investigate a murder in the suburbs, they unexpectedly stumble on clues to the murder of Emotionless's family 15 years ago.
