A troublesome young man embarks on a warped odyssey through his small town, all to acquire the perfect birthday gift for his best friend, Raoul.

Concerned about his friend's cocaine use, Dr. Watson tricks Sherlock Holmes into travelling to Vienna, where Holmes enters the care of Sigmund Freud.
