Going into my interview with Laurel Greenfield, I thought the majority of our conversation would be about her inspiration for painting food and why she chose to pursue painting as a career. We spoke about that but ended up having a much bigger conversation about pursuing a creative career. We talked a lot about finding the balance between having a business plan and taking a leap of faith into the unknown, something anyone pursuing a creative field on their own can relate to.

This independant documentary linking poetry, artistic testimonies and performances offers a positive, innovating outlook on our creativity. It exposes the obstacles that may hinder it as well as the powerful assets creativity provides throughout our lives and in many different fields. Catherine Vidal, neurobiologist and director of the Pastor Institute, Albert Jacquard, geneticist and humanist, Jacques Salomé, social psychologist, Cédric Chapuis, director of performing Arts share their convictions regarding this topic essential to individual and collective development. The film offers a constructive vision inviting viewers to explore their own creativity and emphasizes the importance of placing it at the heart of children’s development through an education based on happiness.

A group of artists and friends of the late painter Martín Santiago meet to make his dream come true of his home becoming in an art museum and cultural space for the town of Deán Funes, Córdoba. The group is led by the artist's disciple, the painter Mario Sanzano, who heads the initiative. He is also accompanied by artists from the area and friends of Martín Santiago. Despite not having official resources, they carry out the feat of recovering the work and turning the space into a cultural center for the city.

Gilbert Garcin passed away on April 17, 2020. Having become a late photographer (he was 65), he will never stop defying time, playing with him to clear his head of his memories, to open his eyes to create ... And to become an ageless man, with his double “Mister G”! An unclassifiable being. His work, quickly recognized, is full of poetry and mischief.

Über Freaks takes place deep in the heart of Berlin, and chronicles what it’s like to be part of a close knit group, who get their kicks by roping down buildings with the barest of safety precautions, climbing buildings by way of their exteriors, and lock-picking their way through the whole of the city and its Metro stations. The film can be considered a joyride for the viewer, as they are finally granted a backstage pass to the exclusive and hectic lifestyle of the Berlin Kidz, being privy to a whole world of adrenaline and thrill seeking that occurs just outside their apartment windows. In 2009, while sculptor Alberto Giacometti’s ratings beat records in the art market, an affair erupted in Germany revealing the existence of more than a thousand Giacometti counterfeits, hidden in a warehouse in Mainz. For 10 years, two German merchants and a Dutch forger managed to sell hundreds of fake sculptures, some of which were even exhibited in museums. A German investigator, a private detective in Dutch art, a French sculpture expert and the forger himself, take turns telling us this incredible story as we discover the fascinating and tortured life of Alberto Giacometti.

For over five decades, he dedicated his life to transforming mere paper into whimsical sculptures, creatures and film sets.
