Laura "Lauren" Lane (born February 2, 1961) is an American film, television, stage actress, and professor. She is best known for her role as C.C. Babcock on The Nanny. Since 2000, Lane has performed in various productions at the Zachary Scott Theatre, in Austin, Texas. In 2015, she starred in a one-off performance in A. R. Gurney's Love Letters opposite her The Nanny co-star Daniel Davis with proceeds going to the Texas State BFA Acting Program. In 2013, she briefly taught at Carnegie Mellon University. Lane is on the faculty of the Department of Theatre and Dance at Texas State University in San Marcos. Born : 2nd-Feb-1961

The Nanny Reunion: A Nosh to Remember

The cast members reminisce about the show and present exclusive blooper footage never shown on television, as well as an update on their current activities.[1][2] The reunion took place at Fran Drescher's oceanside home in California. The entire cast was present except for Daniel Davis, who was performing in the musical La Cage aux Folles on Broadway at the time and was unable to attend. Also at the reunion were Drescher's mother and father, Sylvia and Morty, who made several appearances on the show. In the special, Daniel Davis, or "Danny", was said by Drescher to have gotten "lost". At the end of the special, "Danny" (actually Danny Bonaduce), makes an appearance.

Sgt. Chris Novak - Hunter is an American police drama television series created by Frank Lupo, and starring Fred Dryer as Sgt. Rick Hunter and Stepfanie Kramer as Sgt. Dee Dee McCall, which ran on NBC from 1984 to 1991. However, Kramer left after the sixth season to pursue other acting and musical opportunities. In the seventh season, Hunter partnered with two different women officers. The titular character, Sgt. Rick Hunter, was a wily, physically imposing, and often rule-breaking homicide detective with the Los Angeles Police Department. The show's main characters, Hunter and McCall, resolve many of their cases by shooting dead the perpetrators. The show's executive producer during the first season was Stephen J. Cannell, whose company produced the series.

Julie Rayburn - L.A. Law is an American television legal drama series that ran for eight seasons on NBC from September 15, 1986, to May 19, 1994. Created by Steven Bochco and Terry Louise Fisher, it contained many of Bochco's trademark features including a large number of parallel storylines, social drama and off-the-wall humor. It reflected the social and cultural ideologies of the 1980s and early 1990s, and many of the cases featured on the show dealt with hot-topic issues such as abortion, racism, gay rights, homophobia, sexual harassment, AIDS, and domestic violence. The series often also reflected social tensions between the wealthy senior lawyer protagonists and their less well-paid junior staff. The show was popular with audiences and critics, and won 15 Emmy Awards throughout its run, four of which were for Outstanding Drama Series.

Brooke Wyatt - South Beach was an American action/adventure series that aired on NBC during the summer of 1993. The series was created by Dick Wolf and Robert DeLaurentis and starred Yancy Butler, who had been the lead actress a year earlier in another failed Wolf/DeLaurentis series, Mann & Machine. Set in South Beach, Florida, the Modesty Blaise-inspired storyline had Butler playing Kate Patrick, a thief who, along with her partner Vernon, is given the choice of going to jail or working for a government agency run by a man named Roberts. The series saw Kate and Vernon take on various missions for Roberts, which usually called on the duo to make use of their skills as thieves. The series also co-starred Patti D'Arbanville. The first episode guest-starred the British actor, Christopher Bowen as Dimitriev. Seven episodes were produced of this series, but only six were aired.
