Retail tycoon Philip Glass has acquired a call-centre in Mumbai as part of a takeover and promptly dispatches the reluctant Kenny Gupta to take charge and attempt to turn its fortunes around. Kenny is accompanied on his trip by Philip's pampered daughter Tiffany - whom he has adored from afar for years - and her gormless, freeloading cousin Anthony.
