Based on the novel by Güzide Sabri Aygün, the film tells the relationship of a mentally-ill woman and the doctor whom she loved in her youth.

This DVD release features multiple interviews with the artist, as well as live concert footage. Keith takes his audiences on a tour of Manhattan and the Bronx.
