Tough Assignment

Berlin provides the backdrop for this crime drama that centers on a military doctor falsely accused of dealing illegal drugs. Determined to prove his innocence, he escapes from the MPs and ends up holing up in the apartment his wife rented. He doesn't know that she has sublet the flat to a nightclub singer. When he finds out, he begs the singer to assist him. She is attracted to him and agrees. The doctor believes that his wife is behind the black-market dealings, but in the end, they find the real culprit.

The Ironlands is an unforgiving place; a fanatic cult plagues the kingdom of Annistiem, who in turn have resorted to begging adventurers to venture into the woods and cleanse their realm of the threat. Unbeknownst to them, something far more sinister guides the cult, and plots the destruction of Annistiem. As a teenager growing up in East London, the constant decisions about how to behave and how these choices affect us is a major responsibility and has been communicated in the narrative. This piece explores this sense of right and wrong and specifically the theme of duality and the Jungian phycological idea that everyone has a shadow side - which are the things within them that they hide from others and sometimes from themselves. My short film will explore these differences in an effort to highlight the power of the conscience.

Rancher Clay Travers finds and brings in the body of ranger Frank Mattison, murdered on the road to Trail City, where he had been sent to deal with an outbreak of cattle rustling. Businessman Art Kenyon, who has hired gunman Ed Martin to impersonate Mattison to further his rustling schemes, quickly changes Martin's story and has Travers framed for the ranger's murder. Managing to escape, Travers must come up with proof to clear his name and bring the true killers to justice.
