An anthology of one-minute films created by 60 international filmmakers on the theme of the death of cinema. Intended as an ode to 35mm, the film was screened one time only on a purpose-built 20x12 meter public cinema screen in the Port of Tallinn, Estonia, on 22 December 2011. A special projector was constructed for the event which allowed the actual filmstrip to be burnt at the same time as the film was shown.

And in the final story, "Poisoned Poisoner," a ravishing murderess in the Middle Ages dispatches lecherous merchants to the tune of upbeat '60s Czech pop songs.

With detailed assistance from a self-help book - written by a self-described love guru (Jolina Magdangal) - Denise (Jennylyn Mercado), a hopeless romantic, finally manages to catch the attention of the man she's had her eye on forever (Mike Tan). But once she has what she thinks she wants, Denise begins to wonder whether she actually had Mr. Right all along - her best friend, Caloy (Mark Herras), who's secretly in love with her.

This film tells several short stories that end up lapsing in the emergency room of a hospital, because it is dedicated to nurses. Cantinflas appears at the end of the film playing the role of Luis, a man who has five daughters and looks forward to a boy, but fate plays a trick and the child dies at birth, but history gives a nice twist and a message of hope.
