Kaliyoonjal movie portrays a brother to a disturbed sister. The sister, played by Shalini, is mentally disturbed if any thing goes against her will. She is possessive of her brother and creates a havoc when she gets angry. Enter Shobhana who marries Mammootty and Dileep, who plays Shobhana's brother and marries Shalini, and problems start up in the family.

Nagarvadhu movie is about the story of Sukanya (Vani Viswanath) who is born in a pious Brahmin household as the eldest of three daughters, is a medical student. She is to marry her lover and neighbour Sethu Raman. But when Sethu Raman is hit and killed by a jeep and when Sukanya is abducted and later arrested on charges of prostitution, things take a totally new turn for her.Sukanya is married off to Sreeharshan.

Masala (English: Mixture of Spices) is a 2013 Telugu film directed by K. Vijaya Bhaskar and jointly produced by Daggubati Suresh Babu and Sravanthi Ravi Kishore. It is a remake of the 2012 Hindi film Bol Bachchan and Venkatesh and Ram Pothineni reprised the roles of Ajay Devgan and Abhishek Bachchan respectively. Mahendra takes the boy away to Kolkata, where the story originally started. Rama Krishna with the help of Padmavathi (Soundarya) reunites with his son.
