This starts out with a scene that reminded me of the original "Queer as Folk" (1999) drama with a single young man amidst a nightclub scene in which he looks lost, watching the dancers and the couples. I'm not at all sure what we are supposed to take from this? The shallowness or fickleness of gay existence? The constant search for youth? Carpe Diem? There's no dialogue so I suppose each to his own but I was left unbothered one way or the other.
