This is an excellent example of the sort of lunacy that makes people want to import low-budget Japanese movies of this sort. Pretty girls. Silly hijinks. Insane action for the budget.

While there is an old-fashioned feel to the story telling, it moves along new paths that are twisted enough to keep us interested and also has us clenching our fists.

As he designs the plan to avenge himself on Fabian Arias, the alleged killer of his son, he uses the penal code and his plans for a legal defense to decide the form, timing and manner in which he will carry out his version of Justice.
