Sebastian Spence

Sebastian Spence (born December 9, 1969) is a Canadian actor best known for his roles as Cliff Harting on Hallmark's series Cedar Cove (2013-2015), and as Cade Foster in the Space Channel scifi series, First Wave (1998–2001). His first on-camera role was in the second part of the Canadian TV miniseries, The Boys of St. Vincent. His next role was in the trilogy of A Family of Cops TV movies with Charles Bronson, playing Eddie Fein the younger son of Bronson's character. His first leading role was as Cade Foster, in the Space Channel (and later Sci-Fi Channel) original series, First Wave, which ran between 1998 and 2001. He later played the role of Cliff Harting on the Hallmark Channel drama Cedar Cove, between 2013 and 2015. Born : 9th-Dec-1969

- The Collector is a Canadian supernatural drama television series about a man attempting to help save people who have bargained their souls with the Devil. After over 600 years of "collecting" the souls of people at the end of their 10-year deals, Morgan Pym negotiates with the Devil for the ability to aid the damned in redeeming themselves rather than sending them to Hell. Under the Devil's mocking gaze, Morgan assists his "clients" in undoing the damage their deals have done because of the devil shifting good luck towards the client and away from others. The series is set in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, where it was also filmed. CHUM cancelled the program after three seasons.

Cade Foster - First Wave is a Canadian/American science fiction television series, filmed in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, that aired from 1998 to 2001 on the Sci-Fi Channel. The show was created by Chris Brancato, who co-wrote an early version of the script for the seminal X-Files episode "Eve". Francis Ford Coppola was executive producer on the show. In an unusual move, the Sci-Fi Channel picked up the series on a 66-episode contract. The show was subsequently canceled once the contract expired at the end of the third season due to disappointing ratings.

The network signed on for the first 13 episodes, as well as an option for the second season of the show. On March 27, 2009, the series was cancelled by CBC due to poor ratings.
