Chiwa Saito (斎藤千和, Saitō Chiwa) is a Japanese voice actress employed by I'm Enterprise. Saitō is one half of the voice acting duo "coopee", along with Natsuko Kuwatani. In the "Divine Design" arc of the Getbackers drama CDs, she voices a character who battles the character voiced by Kuwatani. She is a member of the voice acting group "MORE PEACH SUMMER SNOW", alongside Haruna Ikezawa, Mamiko Noto and Ryo Hirohashi. The group began as "MORE PEACH SUMMER", with Ikezawa, Saitō and Noto; all four voiced characters in the Keroro Gunso anime. The quartet's name is based on the names of their respective Sgt. Frog characters: Angol Mois (Noto), Momoka Nishizawa (Ikezawa), Natsumi Hinata (Saitō), and Koyuki Azumaya (Hirohashi). Born : 12th-Mar-1981

As General True and General Baldr's forces head out, Rygart trains with his teammates to better use the Delphine while Hodr asks the Orlando Empire for help. Strike Witches: Operation Victory Arrow Vol.2 - The Goddess of the Aegean Sea

Learning that island of Delos has been taken over by Neuroi, Charlotte E. Yeager and Francesca Lucchini are teamed up with Hanna-Justina Marseille and her partner Raisa Pöttgen to draw out the Neuroi hiding within it. Francesca, who has strong family ties with Delos, objects to their superior's plan to destroy the island, so they work out a new plan to have Hanna and Raisa draw out the Neuroi while Charlotte and Francesca drop bombs on it. When this plan ends up failing, Francesca tries to attack on but is inevitably forced to retreat. The next day, before the bombardment on the island is due to take place, Charlotte, unwilling to let Francesca down, decides to make use of an abandoned ship's winch to pull the Neuroi out of its hiding place, allowing it to be destroyed without any damage to the island. However, when he arrives, the villagers have been killed by Borcuse's men. Borcuse is glad to see Rygart is here and has duel with him while his men are ordered to watched.

Shining Tears X Wind presents an adapted version of Shining Wind's story, seen from the perspective of the character Souma. It is directed by Hiroshi Watanabe and produced by Studio Deen. The series started airing in Japan on April 6, 2007, and finished airing on June 29, 2007. The anime has the same opening and ending themes as the game Shining Tears. A sequel to this is a mobile game entitled Shining Wind X, which was released in January 2008.
