After the assassination of Tokyo's Governor by Yakuza members, the CIA bureau chief (William Atherton) for Tokyo puts out a call to an agent (Steven Seagal) that had been raised in Japan and trained by ex-Yakuza. Using his former ties, he quickly determines that a war is brewing between old-guard Yakuza members and a young, crazed leader (Takao Osawa) with ties to the Chinese Tong.

Jiro and his slimy partner pressure the kids to fess up. Meanwhile, their respectable elder brother Ichiro is being leaned on by the town's big boss, whose money it was.

"Asura Tiger" is a Famed Security Company based in Yangon providing a variety of services all related to security such as Body-guarding. Asura is trusted by celebrities and even big-time politicians. Despite their acclaimed status, Asura Tiger also has a plethora of enemies from various corners of the underworld in Myanmar. "Goudou" is a 20-year-old Asura Tiger Employee, one of their brightest prospects and a hardened young man, Goudou is an individual who has grown indifferent to the everyday horrors of the Myanmar underworld.....that is until he is one day confronted by his past.

A feature-length film produced by Tsuburaya Productions specifically for the English-language market. Composed of edited footage from several episodes, the storyline was rewritten for this adaptation with a new script and score.
