An abandoned house is for sale, but it is said to be haunted. But the cleaner, hired to completely clean the house, is not deterred. But her confidence slowly begins to crumble when inexplicable things start to happen...

A graphic interpretation of a man's fascination with weaponry and the sexual power of military aggression, via the story of the Grim Reaper acquiring additional weaponry after undergoing a sex change. Using a combination of live action, laser xerography, hand rendering, and model animation, the film is a companion piece to another Anderson / Hoban collaboration, Door, collectively entitled Deadtime Stories For Big Folk.

A holiday favourite for generations... George Bailey has spent his entire life giving to the people of Bedford Falls. All that prevents rich skinflint Mr. Potter from taking over the entire town is George's modest building and loan company. But on Christmas Eve the business's $8,000 is lost and George's troubles begin.

A commuter train leaves a lonely and dark station at night. A series of events that occur across the landscape can be seen through the window.

Cubert's life is determined by work. Endless repetitions of the same tasks, dull routines, a perfect construction of monotony. Suddenly he is wrenched out of his daily grind and is confronted with a seemingly inescapable system. His quest for an exit leads him deep into a labyrinth of monotony - and to the bounds of his sanity.

In a realm beyond the senses, plants interact with surreal cinematography to chart the course of our character: an entity said to embody the life and work of Felisberto Hernández, Uruguayan father of magical realism. Through this journey, we are confronted with an open-ended experience questioning the nature of musicality versus cinematography, entity versus aberration, and self versus space, in a self-referential, blurry, digital and mystical setting.
