An injured young woman appears out of the water to Arnie, a kind-hearted fisherman with learning disabilities, warning him that a ship named the Morning Rose needs help, before she sinks beneath the waves. What's more, she warns them that her nephew will soon be murdered and that she will be arrested. The trio take her with a pinch of salt, but the more they are stuck in the village, the more the predictions come true.
