Profile

Mamiko Noto is a Japanese voice actress and singer working under Office Osawa. Noto was born in Ishikawa Prefecture. Some of Noto's prominent anime roles include Kotomi Ichinose in Clannad, Rin in Inuyasha, Kotori Monou in X, Aoi Kannazuki in Kaitō Tenshi Twin Angel, Enma Ai in Hell Girl, Haruka Nogizaka in Nogizaka Haruka no Himitsu, Mavis Vermillion in Fairy Tail, Sawako Kuronuma in Kimi ni Todoke, and Satellizer L. Bridget in Freezing, and Yukako Yamagishi in JoJo's Bizarre Adventure. Noto was nominated in the 1st Seiyu Awards for her work as Yakumo Tsukamoto in School Rumble and as Masane Amaha in Witchblade. Noto has released several character songs and albums which have charted in Oricon, and was a guest at the Otakon and Anime Expo conventions held in the United States. Born : 6th-Feb-1980

One year ago, Yūta lost his father from a car accident. Now in the 6th grade, Yūta goes to catch a beetle at a dam on a deep mountain. Yūta often went there with his father. There, Yūta meets a strange old man. Due to heavy rain, Yūta slips and falls down a bridge. He becomes unconscious. When Yūta awakes, he sees a child, Saeko, in front of him. Saeko takes Yūta to a village that looks like something that existed 30 years ago. Yūta has the feeling that he went into the past. He also meets Kenzō, who is the same age as Yūta. They promise to go catch a bug the following day. Saeko then takes Yūta to an old house. An old woman there treats Yūta like a cousin. Yūta doesn't know what is going on. At night, the strange old man he met earlier appears and tells Yūta that he will belong to this time period for a month. A precious summer vacation for Yūta begins.

The Karugamo High School Baseball Team has not been doing well. After losing badly to the Eagles, many of the players leave, and the team now has only eight players, one too few to play a game. Going against his principles, the main character Harumaki Shunpei decides to buy a baseball robot. However, since he does not have enough money, he ends up buying the maid robot named Azusa. Even though Azusa has a warm heart and strong determination, it doesn't appear that she stands a chance against her adversaries who were top-of-the-line baseball robots. The team's only hope seems to lie in a secret buried within Azusa's clouded past.

Mikiya Kokutou gives Shiki Ryougi a cat to watch, as he will be away for a little while. Though Shiki protests, he leaves the cat anyway, and Shiki is stuck trying to understand her new feline companion. But as luck would have it, the cat seems to have taken a liking to Mikiya and misses him. Later in another part of the city, Ririsu Miyazuki visits the place where her dear friend committed suicide. She intends to end her life as well, but she meets Fujino Asagami, a blind classmate with a traumatic past. Though the two girls don't have much in common, Asagami reminds Miyazuki of her lost friend and helps her understand her pain. Two months later, Mikiya elects to celebrate New Year's with Shiki instead of his family, which makes his sister Azaka very upset, leading to her spending the holiday with her school friends. As the snow begins to fall, Mikiya reflects on what he wishes for most of all: that Shiki's life be filled with happiness.
