Chris Addison

​   Chris Addison (born November 1971) is an English stand-up comedian, writer and actor. He is known for his lecture-style comedy shows, two of which he later adapted for BBC Radio 4. In addition to stand-up, in television he plays Ollie in the BBC 2 television satire The Thick of It and Toby in its spin-off film In the Loop, and he co-created and starred in the BBC 2 sitcom Lab Rats. The Rise of the Nutters

With Hugh in Australia and Glenn in Wales, Ollie is left in charge, feeding policies to junior minister Ben Swain. He is one of the 'Nutters', the group keen to take power when the P.M. resigns and keen to make a name for himself - which he does in the wrong sense when Jeremy Paxman skewers him on 'Newsnight'. This is music to Tucker's ears as it is in his interest for the P.M. to remain in power for as long as he can. Ollie's new girlfriend Emma is working for Shadow Minister Peter Mannion and hopes to impress by stealing one of Ollie's idea for use on their immigration policy though things do not go fully to plan.

- Friday Night with Jonathan Ross was a British comedy chat show presented by Jonathan Ross. It was first broadcast on BBC One on 2 November 2001. The programme featured Ross's take on current topics of conversation, guest interviews and live music from both a guest music group and the house band. The show began its final series in January 2010, and ended on 16 July 2010. The most frequent guests were Ricky Gervais and Jack Dee, Eddie Izzard, Jeremy Clarkson and Jimmy Carr. Johnny Vegas, David Attenborough, Stephen Fry and Simon Pegg all appeared in five episodes and Robbie Williams in four episodes. Since 2009 until its ending, the programme was broadcast in high-definition on BBC HD. Studio TC4 in the BBC Television Centre in London, where the show was made, was upgraded to HD, making it the third television studio in Television Centre to be upgraded to HD. The show was pulled by the BBC on 29 October 2008 when Ross and Russell Brand were both suspended from their TV and radio shows, in the events after the Russell Brand Show prank telephone calls row. The show returned on 23 January 2009, attracting 5.1 million viewers. The final 275th episode was broadcast on 16 July 2010.

- You Have Been Watching is a British comedy panel game presented by Charlie Brooker, produced by Zeppotron for Channel 4 and filmed at BBC Television Centre and Riverside Studios in London. It first aired on 7 July 2009, for a weekly eight-episode run. The show's title is a reference to sitcoms written by David Croft such as Dad's Army, 'Allo 'Allo!, Are You Being Served? and It Ain't Half Hot Mum which ended with the caption "You have been watching", which was then followed by the cast list.
