Ramakrishnan, a police constable, is posted as a driver at Elathur women police station. He has to deal with the fiery sub-inspector, Arundhathi Varma, to save his job.

Envisaging a luxurious life, Prameela, a theatre artist, marries a director. But all her dreams are shattered when fate makes her the sole breadwinner of her family.

Punyam Aham is set in a small village in northern Kerala. The protagonist is Narayan Unni (Prithviraj Sukumaran), a young man with a Brahmin father and low-caste mother, who separated, leaving the mother to raise him alone. The film tells the story of Unni leaving home and searching for his identity, and then repeating many of his father's mistakes in life. It is based on the story in traditional folklore about Naranath Bhranthan and his father Vararuchi.[1]

An aspiring animation creator's dreams start coming true when she is met with a charismatic young boy. Jo and the Boy is not exactly a children's movie, but more of a Hollywood-style inspirational film set in the backdrop of an unspecified cold hill town and centered on a child enamored by cartoon characters. In fact, the only connect with Indian reality is that the characters speak Malayalam.

Aana Mayil Ottakam is an anthology film. This is not really very common in Malayalam industry. But this concept is going on since ages and even legendary filmmakers like Satyajit Roy has tried this genre. It is always very interesting to see a collection of great short movies. You cannot get bored watching a movie like this. It is good to see that producers are interested in investing innovative concepts like this. Aana Mayil Ottakam is a compilation of short movies with some of the biggest names of Malayalam film industry.

Several years later, Shankar and Shiva dream of becoming singers. Karunan is still active as a criminal. Through their hard work,the Shiva-Shankar duo become successful singers and start being called the "millennium stars".

Susamma, who was raised by her maternal uncle after the death of her mother, joins the Indian Army as a nurse during WWII. She experiences many ups and downs, but stays true to her profession.

The story proceeds in flashbacks as the protagonist, Dr. Gopi, who has had a nervous breakdown, relives his past under psychiatric probing.

Velutha Rathrikal (White Nights) is an independent cinematic adaptation of the eponymous novel by Fyodor Dostoyevsky.
