Profile

Dionne Quan (born October 20, 1978) is an American voice actress. Quan, a Chinese American, was born in Lexington, Massachusetts to Lori and Daryl Quan. She is legally blind, having been born with optic hyperplasia. Her acting scripts are written in Braille for her. She obtained her first voice work at the age of 14 for television commercials. She is the voice of Kimi Finster, a character from the cartoon television show Rugrats and All Grown Up!. She was first introduced in the second Rugrats movie, Rugrats in Paris: The Movie. She is the youngest actor in the cast. She also has a regular role on The Fairly OddParents (as Trixie Tang). In 2005, she starred as Yasmin in a show for 4Kids Entertainment called Bratz. - Clifford's Puppy Days is a short-lived animated children's television series that originally aired on PBS Kids from 15 September 2003 to 13 October 2004. A spin-off of the original Clifford the Big Red Dog, it is set before the original series, and features the adventures of Clifford during his puppy days before he grew. The series was cancelled in 2004 following low ratings. Reruns aired regularly following the cancellation, though they were halted in 2006. Since then, occasional reruns continue to air. Groundling Marsh

- Groundling Marsh was a Canadian children's television series featuring puppets. The show was produced by Portfolio Film & Television Inc., Children's Television Workshop and J.A. Delmage Productions. It included songs and animated segments, and enjoyed a certain amount of success and popularity at during its time. The only merchandise produced for the show were videos and they are now exceptionally rare and no longer produced. In the United States, it aired on PBS and the Disney Channel. It received funding from the International Production Fund, formerly the Maclean Hunter Television Fund. This series premiered October 1, 1995. Groundling Marsh was nominated at the 12th Annual Gemini Awards for Best Preschool Program or Series. John Pattison was also nominated for a Gemini for the episode "Bah Hegdish". The show had its series finale on November 28, 1997. The show is still seen on Bell Media-owned educational station CTV Two Alberta in Canada.
